Colville Townhomes

3 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath & 2.5 Bath. Unfurnished. 2 & 3 level town home - suggested rent breakdown per room: $735, $630, $585. Includes washer, dryer, water, electric, cable TV, high-speed cable connection & free parking. $1,950 for entire unit (not including pet fee- $300 nonrefundable pet deposit per animal and $40 monthly pet rent)
